I'm still figuring this whole "blog thing" out so keep baring with me peeps! I'm late posting this, but I know I said that I would post both the good, the bad, and the ugly....so here we go. Some days you know how you just wake up and feel AWESOME for no earthly reason at all?! Yea, I have those days too......Have you ever just woken up and felt like you don't want to get out of bed?......Yea...me too, more often than I would like to admit. A couple of days ago was a prime example of feeling low for no explainable reason at all. Normally when I feel low, I try to conceal it on the outside by dressing up, putting on some make up and as I like to say "faking the funk". Staying in a dark place is not healthy for anyone, however I do believe that everyone is afforded a few sad/low days every blue moon. It's important not to lose yourself or become so swallowed in your sorrow as it can not only affect you, but those around you. Talk to a friend, talk to a family member, meditate, or even utilize a therapist through your work program if they offer it (something I'm going to look into). You can't be strong all the time, it happens to the best of us, but you don't have to let it define you.
